#GivingTuesdayNow

#GivingTuesdayNow is a global day of giving and unity that will take place on May 5, 2020 in response to the unprecedented need caused by COVID-19. At a time where we are all experiencing this pandemic, generosity is what brings people of all backgrounds and beliefs together across the globe. Generosity gives everyone the power to make a positive change in the lives of others in their communities.
Rape Response will be participating in #GivingTuesdayNow, and we are encouraging you to show your generosity in a variety of ways this year. This could mean helping a neighbor in need, advocating for survivors of sexual assault, donating money to a nonprofit, or simply sharing posts on social media to advocate for a cause. This day of giving emphasizes different opportunities to still be able to give back to the community in SAFE ways that can encourage social connection even during times of social distancing.
